I know they say 'cosmetic bags' but I got them in sizes S, M and L as pencil bags. They are so versatile, sturdy and beautiful. I made two of these to help organize my diaper tote; one for personal odds and ends, and the other for checkbooks, etc. They are the perfect size for my 2 checkbooks, a pen, and important receipts. They are long enough to comfortably remove items without stressing the zipper. I use them all the time and I'm SO glad to have them. No more fishing around in my bag for those items! These seem thicker than the makeup bags. They must be padded. They are also less crinkly sounding, even though the inner and outer materials are the same. ? Is this review helpful? Yes No
